Information you provide

• The contents of messages and any other information you voluntarily provide.

Please do not submit passwords, account recovery codes, Social Security numbers, full payment-card information, protected health information, private customer lists, or other highly sensitive information through a public Website form.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Website, our hosting, security, and technical service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:

• Internet Protocol address.
• Browser, device, and operating-system information.
• Referring page, pages viewed, and approximate visit times.
• Error, diagnostic, security, and anti-abuse information.
• Cookie or similar-technology information needed to operate, secure, or remember choices on the Website.

We do not use this information to make decisions about a person's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or other similarly consequential matters.

Submitting an inquiry authorizes us to respond using the contact information you provide. It does not enroll you in recurring marketing text messages, and consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing services.

The Website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand aggregate visitor traffic such as page views, referring pages, and approximate visit times. This service is designed to operate without persistent tracking cookies and does not build cross-site advertising profiles.

The Website may also use cookies or similar technologies that are reasonably necessary for hosting, security, form operation, or accessibility.

As of the effective date, BP Systems does not use third-party advertising cookies or use Website activity for cross-site behavioral advertising. If we later add optional analytics, advertising, embedded media, chat, or similar tools that materially change our collection practices, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no uniform industry standard for these signals, the Website does not currently change its behavior in response to them. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as described below.

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. To providers that help us host, secure, maintain, analyze, or operate the Website; process forms; deliver email; schedule meetings; or support our business. These providers may use information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

BP Systems does not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or allow third parties to use Website lead information for their own independent marketing.

We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers, text-message consent records, or opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required notice and opt-out mechanism before applying the change to personal information.

We may send service-related or inquiry-related communications in response to your request. If you choose to receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us at contact@bpsystemsconsulting.com.

If BP Systems offers recurring text messages in the future, we will provide separate disclosures and obtain any consent required before enrollment. Where applicable, recipients will be able to opt out using the instructions in the message.

BP Systems may organize, host, maintain, or otherwise process business records and personal information on behalf of a customer under a separate agreement. For that information, the customer generally decides why and how the information is used, and BP Systems acts as the customer's service provider or processor.

If your information appears in records controlled by one of our customers, please direct your request to that customer first. We may assist the customer as required by our agreement and applicable law.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. The applicable period depends on factors such as:

• Whether an inquiry remains active.
• Whether you become a customer.
• The nature and duration of our relationship.
• Recordkeeping, tax, accounting, security, dispute, and legal requirements.
• The need to maintain suppression records so that we can honor unsubscribe or opt-out requests.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete it, de-identify it, or allow it to expire through ordinary retention processes, subject to legal holds, backups, and technical limitations.

The Website may link to scheduling services, social networks, maps, payment services, or other third-party websites. Those third parties control their own privacy and security practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information to them.

The Website is intended for business owners and other adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

BP Systems is based in Pennsylvania, United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, subject to applicable agreements and law.
