About Us

Real solutions. Built on trust.

We are three brothers who spent our careers around large, complex technology, and we started BP Systems to bring that experience to the businesses that usually cannot reach it. No account managers, no handoffs. Just people who will learn how your business runs and build around it.

Our Story

Why we started BP Systems.

BP Systems Consulting was built on a simple idea: small businesses deserve the same thoughtful technology that large organizations take for granted.

We built this together because we kept seeing small businesses struggling with the same problems we had spent our careers solving: outdated systems, manual work that should not be manual, and technology that created more headaches than it removed. The difference is that a large company has a team for that. Most owners have themselves, late on a Sunday.

We think technology should make running a business easier, not more complicated. That belief is the whole reason this exists.

How we work
  1. Where it started

    The problem we kept seeing

We spent our careers working in and around large, complex technology environments, the kind with whole teams behind them.

  2. Why we built it

    Bringing it closer to home

The same problems we solved at scale were quietly costing small businesses their evenings, with nobody around to help.

  3. Today

    Where we are now

We work with small businesses and trades who want technology to be one less thing to think about.

Between us we bring more than 30 years of combined experience working with complex technology environments, large organizations, and business-critical systems.

Large companies have whole teams dedicated to technology. Most small businesses do not. We bring that same level of thinking to businesses that normally cannot reach it.

What Drives Us

These shape how we work and what we hand back to you.

Integrity

We do right by our clients, communicate clearly, and keep your best interests in mind, even when it is not the easy answer.

Partnership

We work like part of your team, not a vendor you call once and forget.

Simplicity

Technology should make your business simpler, not add another thing to manage.

Impact

We care about solutions that save you real time and real money, not just look good on paper.

How the engagement works

From scattered files to one working system

Five steps, in order. You know the scope and the price before any records are touched.

  1. Data assessment

We look at where your records live now: paper files, spreadsheets, email, shared drives, accounting software, photos, and whatever else has accumulated. This is what sets the scope and the setup price.

  2. Scope and implementation plan

You get a written plan covering what gets organized, in what order, what it costs, and what we need from you. Nothing starts before you agree to it.

  3. Organization and migration

We digitize, sort, and file your records into a consistent structure inside your own Google Workspace, reconciling duplicates and conflicting versions as we go.

  4. Workflow and application setup

We set up the forms, workflows, and application access your team will use day to day, shaped around how your business already works.

  5. Training, launch, and ongoing improvement

We train your team, launch, and stay on to adjust things as you use them. Improvements continue after go-live rather than stopping at it.

The assessment is what determines your setup scope. It identifies record quality, access, provider, security, and workflow requirements before anyone quotes a number.

Let's build something that actually works for you.

Tell us what you are working through. We would like to understand your goals.
